DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

At Bundarra Tropical Fish Farm, we offer delivery Australia-wide for our wholesale customers. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

  1. Shipping We use reputable courier services to ship our fish to your pet store or aquarium. We do not sell directly to the public.

  2. Shipping Restrictions Please note that some items may not be permitted to be shipped to Western Australia or Tasmania due to local regulations. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the products they order are allowed in their state or territory.

  3. Delivery Timeframes We generally ship from Tuesday to Friday for Victoria and Tuesday to Thursday for interstate orders. to ensure that your fish arrive in the best possible condition. Victorian customers need to have their orders in at least 24 hours prior to expected shipping date, while interstate customers need to have their orders in at least 48 hours prior to expected shipping date.

  4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.

  5. Delivery Address Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address as well as store trading hours when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or additional shipping costs that may result from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or trading hours.

  6. Packaging We use high-quality materials and packaging techniques to ensure that your fish arrive at their destination healthy and in good condition. For Melbourne metro customers, we offer a collection and reuse service for clean, undamaged polystyrene shipping boxes to help save on packaging fees and reduce our environmental impact.

  7. Delivery Acceptance Please ensure that someone is available to accept the delivery of your fish. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we will not be liable for any losses or damages that may occur as a result of delayed delivery or storage of the goods.

  8. Interstate customs please note that some destinations will only allow for airport to airport delivery. So if we can not arrange a courier service to your store, you may have to collect your order from the airport. This will be advised before we pack your orders.
